Stamadianos and Partners Law Firm is a boutique law firm, based in Athens, established by Panayiotis Stamadianos in 2019. The establishment of the firm was driven by the need to combine previous professional experience in the field of litigation with the expertise in brand new fields of exercise, such as Digital law, IP law and Privacy Law.
Since its establishment, the firm has been one of the most arising and promising holistic service law firms in Greece, result – oriented, committed to providing innovative solutions, and constantly adapting to the competitive legal market requirements and clients’ needs.
Stamadianos and Partners Law Firm has three basic fields of expertise.
1) Intellectual property and Energy Law;
2) Data Protection Law, Public Law, and Artificial Intelligence regulatory framework;
3) Corporate, Commercial & Civil Law.
In addition, the company´s lawyers and partners have significant experience in policy making and legislative procedure. Panayiotis Stamadianos served as a Legal Advisor in the General Secretariat for the Coordination of the Government (GGSK) (2016-2017).
Yiorgos Stamadianos, had been a Legal Advisor of Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, and a chief of staff of the Minister of citizen protection. Chariklia Eleni Nikolaou serves as a Data Protection Officer of the Greek Government.
The company employs 8 lawyers, in addition to its partners, that cooperate in small and flexible groups, with constant supervision by the competent partner of the law firm.
